Hosting and access logs

The site is served from Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront, EU regions where possible). AWS automatically processes connection metadata (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp) for the purpose of delivering content and securing the service. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure service). AWS access logs, where retained, are subject to AWS's retention defaults; we do not analyse them.

Email contact

When you write to hello@xaitalk.com or contact@7rplus.com, we process the email address and message content for the purpose of responding. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. We retain correspondence only as long as necessary for the purpose of the exchange or as required by tax and commercial law.

External links

Pages on this site link to external services including GitHub, PyPI, Hugging Face, and 7rplus.com. When you follow such a link, the respective provider may process your data under their own privacy policy.

Open-source library and hosted API

The open-source xaitalk library and the hosted xaitalk API are separate offerings. Use of the hosted API may involve registration and request data; that processing is described separately at the API endpoint and in the project repository at github.com/xaitalk/xaitalk.
